Coole Pilate

We had a short hop from Nantwich to Coole Pilate after doing a bit of shopping yesterday morning, where we  had arranged to meet Doug & James from NB Chance.  After catching up and celebrating our meeting with a spot of wine and beer, Ali & James went to visit the Nuclear Secret Bunker, whilst John & Doug enjoyed the sunshine (and the beer!).  On return from the bunker, we had a BBQ with lots of chatter and laughter, and as the temperature dropped we retired onto Chance for pudding and coffee.  Doug and James left us this morning, thanks again for a great afternoon evening have a great time in Manchester.

As it was such a nice day we decided to stay where we were.  We walked into Audlem and collected some mail from the Post Office, before returning to enjoy the sunshine and John to try his luck at fishing again.
