We stayed put yesterday at Snarestone, did a bit of cleaning and a lot of relaxing! Neil from Beacon came out to us this morning with an alternative cable for the solar panel, as soon as he plugged it in the solar panel kicked in and started registering amps. After Neil had left we continued up to the terminus of the Ashby canal to the services, we turned around and headed back, passing through Shackerstone, the edge of Congerstone, we moored at Market Bosworth for the night. We had a wander into Market Bosworth, its a lovely picturesque old market town, we did a bit of shopping and then visited the
Battlefield Steam Railway Market Bosworth Station, just in time to see one of the trains.
We have finally put the plaque from XR&D on the boat now it has been chromed

Very smart hat, may I suggest attaching some pretty ribbons to prevent hat launching again?
